What time can I make an appointment?

Our Joondalup office is open Monday to Thursday from 9AM until 7:30PM (last appointment at 7PM). On Fridays we are open from 9AM until 5PM and on Saturdays from 9AM until 1PM.

Mobile tax return services are available on weekdays from 3PM until 7PM.

What paperwork and information do I need to bring?

In a nutshell, we need to see details of your personal, investment and business income and any details of any expenses you have incurred to receive that income.

How long does it take to prepare a tax return?

• For a single salary and wage tax return we allow thirty minutes for each appointment;
• For couples, or individuals with rental properties, investments or small businesses we allow at least one hour for each appointment.

How long does it take the ATO to process my tax refund?

Typically, the ATO takes 10-14 days to issue a notice of assessment and income tax refund.

How much does it cost?

A typical tax return costs between $140-$170 depending on complexity. Of course, if you have foreign income, businesses or investment properties then your accounting fees will be higher.

We prefer payments by EFTPOS or credit card but also accept payments by cash, cheque or internet transfer.
